Profile

Since the late 70s we have built over 1300 single, family, duplex or fourplex homes in the Camrose / Wetaskiwin area. We offer our customers selection and design choices not normally associated with affordable homes in an effort to allow them to “make it their own”.

We ask our staff and sub-trades when confronted with a dilemma or problem to always “do the right thing”. To think of what would I want if it was my home.

Zetsen homes was easy to get in touch with and were easy to work with for designing the house. They were detail oriented and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Zetsen listened to any concerns and found solutions without conflict. The timeline went just as expected and we are very happy with the house they built. All of the staff were informative and great to work with from blueprints to final touches, they even gave great recommendations for finishings beyond the build. We are very happy to be in our beautiful home!

After viewing a number of homes for purchase in the Creekview area my realtor suggested I build a custom home with Zetsen. I did not enter this process with an open mind. However, after working primarily with Garrett and Celina, my mind was changed. They listened carefully to my extensive wish list, contributed their design and building expertise and together we built a beautiful home. In the end I loved the creative process, the design and the finished home. Zetsen worked hard to accommodate an earlier possession date than originally planned. (Consequently there was still some siding and railings to be completed, hence the previous comment about some construction items being left in the yard, which was not an issue.) I would highly recommend Zetsen Master Builders and in particular Celina and Garrett.
