The quality of the home is excellent and all concerns or repairs were efficiently communicated and taken care of in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the overall experience using Sterling. There are lots of new construction homes in our area and we have heard numerous complaints from neighbours with other builders having to wait months to have their issues addressed.

How I and my girlfriend were treated from day #1. We were treated fairly, respectfully with a no pressure approach.There was quite frankly nothing I can think of, of which we were told no to. Any requests or ideas within reason was always met with a positive response and "abolutely we can do that" or "we can look into this and figure something out response"We got the home we wanted to suit our needs in the style and design best suited to us.Our representative Melissa was above and beyond every step of the way! The Site superintendent Mike also went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to a high quality and standard that was promised!Couldn't be happier with our choice and in just over a month, we still love everything and it still feels so surrreal. It was the better part of a 10 plus month process and it has been fun and the end result has been worth the wait!I brag about our home and Sterling and how we were treated and I highly recommend and commend them at every opportunity

Certainly the warranty support is very good. Some things could be normal issues but in my opinion others are not. It means the builder needs to allocate more attention to those things (stairs and floor noise, carpet installation). Thanks for try to do the best every time. Hope you keep the good job in the future.

The most important thing when building a Home is the Experience. That comes with the customer service provided by the Sterling home professionals. From the start till the year end inspection, it was an excellent top class service provided (Calgary). Especially from Shawn, he is a professional, knowledgeable and friendly person. He has gone above and beyond with the services he provided to us over last year. He is a Gem of Sterling Homes in my view.
