Thank you for building my beautiful home. We are all super happy with the quality and staff. If I could make one suggestion on the layout/electrical for the hudson home is to put the kitchen light switch on the other side of the peninsula in the kitchen. As it stands now, you need to walk to the far back wall to turn the kitchen lights on and the width of the peninsula hinders the fact that the light switch could have been closer to the room you are entering. The only two pet peeves I have are the light switch in the kitchen is by the pantry and the bathroom up stairs is beside the sink instead of the wall by the entrance of the door. Other than those two very minor things - I would highly recommend Rohit!

Site Supervisor - was very superior and responsive to all my concerns and issues. Held to his word and even set up each deficiency/sub trade in accordance to my scheduling. Would recommend him to future buyer and pleasure thus far to work with. He has helped me through complicated times and always has a super positive attitude no matter how big or little the issues arises. Warranty - Parker and his helper - No complains so far and there work ethics are over expectational and pleasure to be around. Structurally the building looks good, the space was well-managed. The project completion was very timely. The Vice President (Mr. Gord) was wonderful! as he was ready to help when we approached him about our concern about the possession date.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of fixtures and appliances in the home relative to the price. Good overall value. We would have preferred the home had a HRV unit and gas water heater but overall we are happy. The trades guys we talked to also mentioned Rohit generally provides good materials for them to work with. We see a noticeable difference in the build quality and attention to detail in our home compared to the Douglas Homes being built around us, many of which are still incomplete and the work appears sloppy. The guys on site - John, Jack and Brad - are all solid and great to deal with,

What I have enjoyed most about my experience with Rohit has been working with the "on the ground" people. The Rohit Realtor, Karen, was fantastic from start to finish. She helped me chose the best property and guided me and my realtor along the process. She was very friendly, relatable and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of confidence in Rohit from the very beginning, especially since I was a first time home buyer. Next, I was very impressed with the service the Site Sup, Nick, offered. During the pre-walk and possession walk through, he did not rush me, he took time to explain things and was kind and an engaging person to speak to. He was also very professional and kind when I would see him in the community, answering any questions I had. Finally, I've enjoyed working with the Rohit warranty specialist, Brad. I like that the show homes are easy to view, and being able to see the different specs offered and where the lots are going to be built. I like the initial mechanics walk through with Karen and the pre-cabinet through. Allows the buyers to be involved and enjoy the purchase process. I really like the follow up with the pre walk through with the site supervisor (Nick) a week before getting the keys so if anything’s off you can point it out before move in date and that you get to see those concerns addressed with the walk though when you get your keys. Nick was great to deal with and very knowledgeable.The 1 month warranty with Brad, very small things to address, was easy going and quick to fix. Great experience and very knowledgeable.

Well, I think i had a good experience with the whole team as whole. Starting from Jessie, Palmer, Parker and most especially Alejandro. He is very polite on the phone, He takes time to provide answer and ready to support. I never met any of the Rohit team member but i do speak with them on phone. I even asked who was the hiring manager, as all individual with your team are polite and cautious working with us. Your team rock. Good job to who put the team together.

As an out of province buyer, the process was pretty straightforward and reps all knowledgeable and with email/esign it was easy; closing not too complicated either…. overall good but do not take my ratings for the home literally as I have not been there
