Incorporated in 1998, and a subsidiary of Cameron Development Corporation, one of the city’s premier developers, we have been actively building in the city since 2002. With husband and wife team Darcey Parasynchuk and Rose Naqvi-Parasynchuk at the helm, Cameron Homes has grown into one of Edmonton’s preferred home builders. when my family was about to purchase our home thou the process was a bit hard but Sandy was very pleasant and a nice lady. She will always follow up with us and I feel very comfortable to talk to her anytime. Even after the purchase, she followed up to make sure our moving in was smooth. Thank you sandy.

Buying a house was always a big deal to me but i am so glad that i met Sandy and she made the whole process so easy. My experience with Cameron Homes has been amazing, i love my home, everything about it my floor plan, backyard, basement, master bedroom is huge, all the washrooms are decent size. Cameron homes has done an amazing job with constructing this house. It’s a duplex but I can hardly hear anything from the side which I share with my neighbor. Site manager Steven is an amazing guy, there were some little issues like paint touch ups here and there and the carpet was not sitting on the floor properly, but he got everything fixed within weeks.Cameron Homes, you guys are doing amazing work and a BIG thanks to Sandy who stayed in touch throughout the process and answered all the questions I asked.Thank you so much!!Sam

Easy to approach and prompt response. However, I am not at all satisfied with the all.concrete work. My driveway looks like it's 10 yar old in the very first year. It's not acceptable at all.

Our home has not all the fancy lightings and style but the 12-month warranty given by the builder(c/o dave) has been a really great experience with Cameron. I believe not all builders provide this service. Also, easy to contact and approachable staff were always part of the nice experience. Thank you Cameron!

the pricing, better than other builders in the community. They are customized builder. You can customized your house. Service was awesome. Nna and Candice were very helpful. They helped me making any changes that I wanted. They answered all the questions that I had in a very positive manner. It was a pleasure working with both of them.Kelvin the construction supervisor was also very helpful. The quality of construction is amazing. They gave me the allowance package for the appliances and told me that I can buy from anywhere I wanted and it was great. Anyone who comes to my house asked who built it and I told them it was Cameron and I am very happy with my house.

The sales representative (Maggie) was excellent throughout the 2 years of my weekly visits to the show home asking various question. she always made me feel comfortable and welcome, even-though i saw many show homes from many other builders, it was Maggie that made me decide to build with Cameron homes because i noticed that she is proud to work Cameron homes and believes in the quality of the homes. The home that I purchased had a loft area which I did not need and wanted, When i wrote up a offer Maggie had suggested to change the loft area as part of the master bedroom which made gave me a dressing room and made the bedroom bigger. i am very pleased. overall I am a very proud owner of a home build by Cameron Homes.
