Profile

Since the late 70s we have built over 1300 single, family, duplex or fourplex homes in the Camrose / Wetaskiwin area. We offer our customers selection and design choices not normally associated with affordable homes in an effort to allow them to “make it their own”.

We ask our staff and sub-trades when confronted with a dilemma or problem to always “do the right thing”. To think of what would I want if it was my home.

After viewing a number of homes for purchase in the Creekview area my realtor suggested I build a custom home with Zetsen. I did not enter this process with an open mind. However, after working primarily with Garrett and Celina, my mind was changed. They listened carefully to my extensive wish list, contributed their design and building expertise and together we built a beautiful home. In the end I loved the creative process, the design and the finished home. Zetsen worked hard to accommodate an earlier possession date than originally planned. (Consequently there was still some siding and railings to be completed, hence the previous comment about some construction items being left in the yard, which was not an issue.) I would highly recommend Zetsen Master Builders and in particular Celina and Garrett.

Great customer service! Celina was awesome to work with and really took away a lot of our stress. I especially appreciate that Zetsen went be extra mile to coordinate the installation of our appliances, even though they were not required to do so. Also, the fact that Zetsen is willing to repair the damaged wall after our washer went rogue, despite it not being their fault, is something both Jesse and I really appreciated. Overall we had an amazing buying experience and are loving our first home :)
