Description:
Unlike any other award, H.O.M.E. Best Customer Experience is based on the voice of the customer from 2 reviews during the build process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 closings from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Entry requires both Welcome / 1-Month and Anniversary / 13-Month builder reviews.
Welcome / 1-Month closings from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Anniversary / 13-Month closings from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Description:
Our new H.OM.E Best Sales Experience is based on the voice of the customer from 1 type of review, the pre-close or post-sales experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 closings from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Entry requires Pre-Close or Post-Sales data.

BUILDER OF CHOICE
Description:
Unlike any other award, H.O.M.E. Builder of Choice is based on the voice of the customer from 2 touchpoints
throughout the build process. (1-month post-possession and 13-month post-possession), employee satisfaction and trade satisfaction.
Requirements:
Entry requires both Welcome / 1-Month and Anniversary / 13 Month builder reviews.
Welcome / 1-Month closings from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Anniversary / 13-Month closings from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

BEST TRADE/SUPPLY PARTNER
Description:
Quality of workmanship, reliability, customer service, all critical factors of what makes the best Trade/Supply Partner. One Best Trade/Supply Partner will stand-out from the rest based on their performance.
Requirements:
Trade/Supplier Partner to have completed a Partner Performance Review before July 31st, 2026.

Industry Ambassador
Description:
Industry Ambassador recognizes an individual who has made an exceptional impact on the residential homebuilding industry by championing customer experience and enhancing public perception of the industry.
Requirements:
Describe how the individual has demonstrated:
- Industry Impact: Advanced awareness, understanding, or advocacy of customer experience through communication, outreach, policy, public service, or leadership.
- Community Service: Made a meaningful contribution to their community through volunteer efforts.
- Leadership: Promoted a customer-centric culture and collaborated with others to positively influence the industry.
- Talent Development: Strengthened their company or the industry through mentoring, diversity initiatives, education, or innovative programs that support learning and growth.
