I found it very helpful to have notes hanging on the utilities/furnace to help remind me when to replace a filter or anything of this sort.The first day in the home, just when we walked in, the home was pretty clean aside from the expected dust or minor dirt. We were happy to see it.No left over pieces or garbage was left behind, everything worked.

Beautiful home. Very happy with the quality, fit and finish. Always a few minor issues but a tamarack was responsive and courteous. The Tamarack workers are professional, friendly and go above and beyond to fox things right. Tamarack was great to deal with. No issues at all. They were better than any other builder we’ve had.

Love the home and open concept. Wendy, Jon, Colin, one other worker we can’t remember his name Carolyn, and Jacquie have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable and never criticize us for asking questions or for service. Workers are polite and friendly. This includes the landscaping company and contract workers we dealt with.
