Good quality. Mike was the main guy who coordinated everything for me on site and was amazing. Always on time and took charge with all the trades people and performed repairs himself and corrected one hiccup that occurred with a 3rd party contractor. Really outstanding customer service and actually cared.

The people in the sales office were fantastic. We appreciated the little touches when we took possession…the gift basket, soap and paper towels in the kitchen, the front door matt, etc. Also our home walk through and inspection prior to possession was so helpful.

The pre-delivery inspector was very professional and corteous. My only issue is that the AC did not work pre move and continued to not work for weeks after moving in. Overall, the quality of the hluse is good. I believe the person who worked on the guest washroom did a bad job, causing a pipe to burst by nailing the board against it and the finishing is suffering. Still. I am very happy with Tamarack and will definitely recommend them to friends. Thank you!

The entire experience was great! Very good staff and all the people involved in the whole process were very welcoming. The day we moved, the Tamarack representative was there to verify the list that came during PDI and he instantly fixed some water issue, really appreciate it.Also the sale people were very understanding and great communication and responded quickly.

Before moving in, all systems should be running and able to use. For the most part, the systems were ready, but not everything was fully working. For example, the HRV ventilation system wasn't running, and we were told it was until someone came to the house and confirmed our suspicions. These little things need to be made sure of before people are moving in.

Tamarack staff is super friendly, understanding, accommodating, punctual and attentive. Really appreciated further accommodating wheelchair accessibility by voluntarily replacing typical transitions from hardwood to ceramic by slanting the hardwood. Works and looks great! Overall workmanship is very good. Tamarack kept us informed of upcoming exterior work that could not be completed prior to purchase. Becky, Natasha and Patrick are a definite asset to Tamarack.
