The place was clean, including the windows. The staff were courteous and were professional. All repairs, except brick cleaning, were completed professionally and right the first time. The person at the design centre was very helpful and patient.

Certain things I’m unhappy about: 1) humidifier not provided in 1.1m dollar house.2)kitchen island brackets are not provided.3)few low voltage things are installed as per designed.4)floor vent registers are white on red oak hardwood floor.5)some cabinet drawers are short heights and some full heights.We were told every time that these things are not considered in list for repair/replace. It hurts a lot to not have $600-800 humidifier and/or $600 matching floor register when we spent over a million on a house. some items I listed as emergency are not considered as emergency (popping nail on stairs when my son got hurt and a almost broken garage tap). This is my first experience with tamarack (after lot of friends recommended). I must say I have a mixed feelings so far. Quality is good but I think after sales service still needs improvement. consideration of clients request should be prioritized. Hope this helps for a feedback. Thank you
