Our salesperson, Sabrina was very nice, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions/issues we had. Daniel Grech the Pre-Occupancy Technician was very friendly, patient and kind. He answered lots of questions and responded quickly to anything that needed attention. He also referred us to who we should get in contact if required within the early weeks after moving in. Debbie Ironside was always very good to deal with and responded in a timely manner to emails. Mike was always very good to deal with in regards to warranty repairs.

I greatly appreciate our salesperson, the Move-In Technician and the Warranty/Service Administrator. We did use Virtuo to a degree but found them mostly unhelpful and up-to-date on their knowledge of things like where we would be putting our waste/recycling, how things would work with our mail keys. We felt we had to run after them a lot with numerous items. We tried to use the Virtuo App but it was not user friendly. The best part about the Virtuo experience was the moving boxes. That was handled very well.
