We didn’t really deal with Qualico that much. I did like that they did have everything fixed that came up in the inspection, in a timely manner, before move in date

During completion stages, upon request they were there to help me prepare for closing. Ie.. wind measurements, paint colour, room size etc.Upon request they made themselves available.

they were able to fix problems in my tough times. The head guy John was able to solve my concerns. He addressed my complaints. James was nice too. He can come and look at it and talked to me.

they were so quick to get things fixed for me. There was a water leak in the basement and they came right away. April the project manager is unbelievable, so helpful. Jackie at the office has been very helpful as well. The electricians and the plumbers are professional and helpful too.
