I purchased the house after it was built. I liked the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of everyone I have dealt with. I also really like the design and most of the finishes of the home.

Diana in service is absolutely fantastic, she always responded timely and really took the time to address any and all concerns. Jim has also been wonderful attending to look at any warranty items and his quality of work in competing the the necessary repairs is fantastic.

It was a good experience over all not much complains for now but just wanted to add that one of my electrical issue has still not been resolved .When we are using the hair dryer or streighner both the washroom lights are still fluctuating electrical person was here from park toyal they said nothing to worry about but we are little concerned over the electrical faults.

overall the office manager was awesome and lawyers are helpful - I really appreciate some things were not clear with my mortgage and they still gave me possession. They understood the situation.

We appreciated the communication and all the emails we got with progress and what to except. We also appreciated that we were only told dates when they could be guaranteed so we never had a time that we expected something and didn’t receive it. Overall we are very happy.

The service department has been fantastic. Diana has been extremely helpful and friendly and has gotten all my concerns and all issues addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Pat and Jim who have both attended my home to address the deficiencies and issues I have had brought up have both been incredibly friendly, professional, and amazing getting the work completed and I am very happy with them.
