It was a good experience over all not much complains for now but just wanted to add that one of my electrical issue has still not been resolved .When we are using the hair dryer or streighner both the washroom lights are still fluctuating electrical person was here from park toyal they said nothing to worry about but we are little concerned over the electrical faults.

The service department has been fantastic. Diana has been extremely helpful and friendly and has gotten all my concerns and all issues addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Pat and Jim who have both attended my home to address the deficiencies and issues I have had brought up have both been incredibly friendly, professional, and amazing getting the work completed and I am very happy with them.

The engagement of the staff. Maria was very helpful throughout the sales process dealing with last minute requests / changes. Pat was fantastic from walk through onwards in explaining items and made a stressful time fun and full of laughs. I really appreciated that Miles attended the walk through ...it showed a genuine level of care especially when he was the one pointing out some of the initial deficiencies.
