The home is right size and functional for us having downsized from acerage. It took a while to get used to this new environment but the house is well built and we have only had a couple of insignificant issues to have addressed and McKee has looked after them in timely manner. The service fellow John has been very friendly, knowledgeable on some questions we had about the home. We are very pleased with our puchase.

Where do we start. The home is our dream home. We fell in love with the layout and were able to make adjustments to it to make it work well for us. The quality of people we dealt with throughout the sales, build, and warranty process far exceeded our experiences in talking with other builders when we were originally searching for a home. Our interactions with the McKee staff give us confidence that McKee has built a quality home for us, because everyone seems to truly care about the product and our experience during the build. We have built 8 homes and by far McKee homes was the best. We had several issues but were all handled. I would personally like to thank Elaine and Andy for all there help with some major issues that were not McKee homes direct responsibility.

Love the staff and our home. Wish they would have a binder that showed options to home model that others have done to it, to give less creative people more ideas/options they might want to implement as well. Also options/grades of building materials, eg. Insulation-as someone not in the business, we know what the problem is but don’t realize the options out there and what the pros/cons may be.

I love the way that from the beginning of the project (from the sales representative to the design team etc) every person at McKee Homes did their best to bring our vision to life. The floor plan of the house is great. 10 foot ceilings, large bright windows. We especially like the bathroom mirrors that go all the way to the ceiling. The tile work in the main bathroom is exceptional, it’s obvious the tile installer took great pride in his/her work. The whole house is just warm and inviting and we love living in it and we love showing it off to our friends.

I love the most the aesthetics of the exterior of my home. With the gorgeous brick, large front porch, dark siding and the stunning black gate/fencing in my front yard, it adds a European vibe to the community. My second favorite thing that I love and appreciate in my new home is the wide staircase going up to the bedrooms/laundry area.The service from McKee Homes has been outstanding, they truly care about their craftsmanship, their communities in Airdrie, educating their clients on their new energy efficient homes, and they are truly the friendliest most helpful group of employees.
