What I like most about my home is the quality and attention to detail that McKee Homes put into the build. Mckee Homes is very organized and cares of the quality of homes they build. We had a fabulous experience with Mckee Homes.We received so many compliments from neighbors and strangers. 1. Grace: very creative designer and yet functional. She is passionate, warm and caring. Because of her, we awarded the contract to Mckee Homes.2. Elaine: equally as passionate as Grace. She is also warm and caring. We can see her passion, drive and energy when speaking with her.3. Jaymie: very organized, professional, personable, great communicator and easy to deal with. The building process wasn't perfect by any means. Nothing is though. What made it a great overall experience was the engagement of the CEO in ensuring all clients are satisfied. She is a straight-shooter and accountable. We love our home and will recommend McKee to people we know looking to build. We would build again with them, although we don't plan on moving for decades......

The cleaning process after they built was the main issue. We had some issues with the garage door and since there are builds going on in the neighborhood the roof needs cleaning. Would it be possible to have someone come out and take care of the roof after the construction is done?

It was really good working with Mike.I like the location of the lot we chose with the park like space behind our house and the view of the lake.I like the gentle slope of the stairs that McKee Builders designed.I like the butler pantry and the pantry.I like that the laundry room has a sink and that it is off the bedroomI like the larger master bedroom.Having the sink between the washer and dryer is handy for washing my hair.

The most disappointing aspect of my first year is the landscaping procedure. I feel that more could be done to improve my first year (summer) enjoyment of my home in regards to landscaping. My staff should be employed in this area. This is definitely a massive consideration of purchasing a new home in the future.
