Starting with the sales team all the way to the service team, overall experience was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy, every question/concern were answered during the purchasing process. Documentation were explained accordingly and level of service was more than satisfactory. The service team has been doing an excellent job supporting us by responding in a timely manner and addressing all question/concern. Making service appointment are made easily and all work so far are done correctly and conducted in a professional manner.

From my first encounter at the sales centre Logel has been outstanding.I would like to thank Jeff Young, and the sales centre staff for always taking the time to answer questions- I had a budget and was able to complete my sale- Jeff took the time to show me all options- I especially valued being able to actually see what I was getting with the show suites.Thanks to Brad for the thorough initial details of the sale and ongoing communication about the progress of the building.And to Christian Fox who was excellent on my walkthrough and moving day and the days that followed- it could not have been better and all concerns were addressed.I am pleased with my new home at Sage Hill and highly recommend Logel.The meet and greet was a great idea and a chance to meet future neighbours so thanks for that.JS
