We have led the industry in sustainable building practices and energy efficient designs; innovating to save our customers money, protect their health and reduce our environmental footprint. We believe that customer experience extends far beyond a positive customer service interaction, it is the heart of our business. Jayman BUILT is first and foremost a homebuilder, we also provide a full suite of complementary services for our customers. Our services were carefully introduced to create a straightforward process to help customers move with ease and peace of mind through their Jayman Journey. We offer our customers financial and realty services, a professional design consultation, even a complimentary moving van to make the final step of their move painless.

The overall experience was very positive. However, we are disappointed with a design issue regarding the top casing of the windows. Clearly, there was a lack of oversight at the design/construction interface as the top casing is less than full width resulting in a severe restriction in our ability to hang drapery. Fortunately, WEN-Di has said that they can provide a solution utilizing specially designed brackets. We are awaiting the installation of the drapes.

Our solar panels are facing North very disappointed. There was no conversation on their orientation by sales staff. Before the footings were poured we asked to flip the plan and were told it would cause too much trouble. We would like to talk to someone in authority to go over some solutions to our dilemma.
