Jayman BUILT is first and foremost a homebuilder, we also provide a full suite of complementary services for our customers. Our services were carefully introduced to create a straightforward process to help customers move with ease and peace of mind through their Jayman Journey. We offer our customers financial and realty services, a professional design consultation, even a complimentary moving van to make the final step of their move painless.

Damian Damiza, Frank Wang and Chris Hall are the biggest reasons for this rating. Chris Hall has been very accommodating with all of our requests. We also appreciate the fact that solar panels are standard with each purchase.

For our first home, Jayman was the builder that best fit what we were looking for in terms of layout and finishing options. We were very satisfied with Matt and Katelyn’s patience and attentiveness to every request we had. Even after the turnover of the house, they made sure we could still reach out to them, which we truly appreciated.Some of the ratings may reflect a few service requests that were not completed on time, such as the grading, exterior power washing, and roof repairs. There were also instances where multiple trades did not show up on the scheduled appointment dates.Nonetheless, we would definitely recommend Jayman to anyone looking to purchase a brand-new home.

Our experience with Jayman Built has been very positive from the beginning. The sales team Christina and Jacob took the time to truly understand our needs, clearly explained the home features, options, and purchase process, and maintained open and honest communication throughout. We noticed some cracks and bubbling in the walls near the windows, and we are hoping this can be addressed soon.Additionally, following the completion of our 3-month inspection, we requested that the toilet handles in the washrooms be replaced. We have not yet received any updates regarding this request.

Buying a home is a complex and often stressful process, but with these team they made it seamless. Their market expertise, responsiveness, and sharp negotiation skills were evident from day one. What impressed me most was their ability to handle my challenges to get approved with the right amount I needed. Clint is so responsive, he is really into details, he explained clearly all those technology with patience and let you ask questions. MOSTLY, my friend and I really wanted to live side by side, Pat & Jonathan really make it happen despite of delays on my end...actually, I lost my hope to be neighbor with my friend because I wasn't get approved at 1st but they keep it for me....and a HUGE APPRECIATION to these gentlemen, truly a man with a few words plus with total professionalism, knowledgeable, and their calmness gives me a security to trust them.They consistently went above and beyond my expectations. The expectations for my warranty claims have been somewhat below expectations. When the deck that Jayman built has defects, confirmed by a third party inspector, and it is rejected due to a nebulous clause in the new home warranty, it makes me reconsider my rankings. I still give it a 10 due to the site supervisor work and the sales staff.

A few things went sideways to get rectified. Warranty issues took awhile. In the end it was fine. Leak in the ceiling to the tv I had to wait until they re-imbursed me.

We are pleased with the weekly update of the construction progress from the Area Sales Manager (Sandi Stark) and the Sales Associate (Rachel Land). Reading the weekly progress update email and seeing the materialization of our dream home in photos became the highlight of our week during the construction period. We are happy that the target possession schedule was met that we could move into our beautiful dream home before the end of November last year. The excellent support during our first year in the Jayman BUILT home by the Customer Care Specialist (Darren Smigorowski) was timely and professional. We are pleased to recommend Jayman BUILT Edmonton to our friends and family.

My experience with the sales team, Steven and Robert were amazing. They provided me all the informations that I asked them. They made our journey of buying our first home smooth and stress-free. There were some errors in the process, though most have been resolved. Sump pit installed in the wrong location, support beams out of line, ground stake in the wrong location, issues with windows in the basement, bbq gas line, power outlet to the garage out of alignment, siding cracked and out of alignment on the garage, drop down ceiling flaws, drywall and paint issues in the stairwells, HRV mother board had to be replaced, missed silicone on the master shower install, missing or broken fibre optic cable - it ends 15 m from the house at the property line, issues and conflicts with Rogers, Telus and Shaw because lines aren't terminated by Jayman yet service providers say the cables are service ready to plug and play but they aren't! Huge run around!!
