You mention something to one of the repair guys and it can take 2 months to get a response. In my case, one of the repair guys actually dropped a wrench on the counter and now there's a large repair needed for the counter. It would be great if someone would follow up on that.

My wife and I are very disappointed with the exterior limitations that were put on us in the design center. We are not happy with the color limitations. Our first choice for exterior colors was dark grey. That was turned down by the design center. Our second choice was green siding with the brown wood grown hardy board trim. That was also turned down. The designer presented a grey hardy board trim. Our decision came down to small samples no bigger than 12" but our choices were based on existing Kate 26 homes in other communities. We felt we were being rushed the day we had to choose. Now that the exterior is complete our disappointment in the grey hardy board is overwhelming. Can we take a can of paint to change the color?

the turnover was on time but we only got informed on the day of the possession that there was leakage in the ceiling from the bathroom and until now the ceiling is not fixed properly.

Some of the lower scores are given because of the small issues that came up, but the home is great, and I like the location. Diana was wonderful to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people. Some of the subtrades weren't perfect but any problems that came up were dealt with. If someone was looking for a nice comfy home, I'd recommend Jayman for sure.

These people are amazing, if this review was out of 20, I'd be giving them 50's! If I could have married Ben, I would have, because he was just amazing. Everyone from Clint to David was incredible. I WILL be buying from Jayman again in the future and if someone doesn't have a Jayman house, I make sure they know about them.

There's only one thing that we're having an issue with and it's the showerhead. It's leaking a lot and makes a loud noise. We've actually already had it switched out and the problem persists. It would be great if someone could get back to us about this.

All individuals we have dealt with during the process have been amazing and super helpful. The style magic appointments were all great experiences and really helped us decide on the important aspects of our house. Hi ,I am satisfied overall but I am not happy the bricks they used , it's doesn't looks good , it's discolored and used the dark grout which doesn't looks good as well.Since my walkthrough before possession I complained about the bricks.I would highly appreciate if you guys can do something with bricks , atleast paint on it , it's really looks ugly because of only the brick. Thank you

Overall, I had a good experience with Jayman's workmanship, materials, and staff. I only have a couple very minor things like some missing paint and slightly broken window sidings that still require additional fixes. I only had a few snags such as needing to get a new HRV switch and needing the electrician to come back into my house to fix the electrical outlets that had a grounding wire touching a screw which made the breaker trip when I plugged in and turned on a lamp and trying to get a second window in my great room but Jayman staff were very helpful and we got a good result in the end. Staff was also very helpful in connecting me to the different companies I needed to help me such as the electricians, Knight Plumbing and Heating, and Wired by Design and Skyfire. Thank you very much for everyone's hardwork and help.

Our orientation was very fast because we got it the day we moved in so it was brief. There are things that need to be done that didn’t get done like cleaning our stained back deck, fix register in the bathroom that keeps falling off and a few other things, Corey did come and do things when he had time. There were safety things that weren’t looked after like nails sticking out of the concrete wall in the garage and concrete spikes on the cement wall in the garage but again Corey did co e and look after that for us.
