You guys are awesome. You absolutely treat the home like you’re living in it with us. You are even more amazing after move-in which means you are very reliable. You notice things that we don’t even notice, or even before we notice it which is superb. I am very happy that I used Jayman built homes. This was a seamless and my best purchase ever, considering the huge financial decision this is, I’m very happy that I have no regrets! Thank you Jayman, you guys are 10/10 in every aspect of this home purchase, even 100/10 absolutely!!!

A huge thank vou to Graham and Kate for the great service during my home-buying journey Although the timing didn't quite line up for a birthday move-in, the Seton Front Garage team made the transition smooth.The home is beautiful and the quality is exactly what I expected from a Jayman build. My only small suggestion for the possession day experience would be to include the whole family in the "welcome home" package-my kids were just as excited as I was, and having their names on the frame would have been the icing on the cake! All in all, I'm thrilled with my new home and would definitely recommend Jayman to others.

Everything was super easy and simple. we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision at any time, the sales team always shared honest feedback and during every visit they always made the Jayman showhomes feel like home. Everything was excellent. However, we still have some stuff pending due to weather and to the fact that the houses on the side are being built until now. So, we have the power washing of the house pending. The only thing I would recommend for future designs of the house is that the towel racks are very far away from the actual shower/tub, so It is kind of inconvenient to access. I would mention that the baseboard quality is really cheap and it swells very easily with minimal water, like a humidifier or a plant. I know this might be new building materials standards, and not at all Jayman's fault but those baseboards are not good. The rest has been very smooth and everything has been great. The legacy cabinets came and fixed the few issues we had, Trevor has been very responsive and helpful, and our tech professional who helps us set up the smart features of the home was super amazing. we really had tried to set everything up for about a month and we still could not figure it all out. He came in and now we know how to use all the smart features in our house. we would like to thank everyone for how amazing they have been, we are looking forward to continue to work with you for the stuff we have pending.

The house was good overall. Issues such as the slanted post in the basement and styrofoam dust in the microwave and above the cabinet exist, raising some concerns. These issues were eventually fixed to the best possible extent.I would suggest friends and family members to look out for these issues if they want to buy a new house from Jayman Built. Overall, it can still be a good purchase.

I have one concern that I mentioned previously, but overall, my experience working with Karan and Mila has been very professional. Hali has also been very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy, and we are 100% confident that we will recommend Jayman and consider building with them again in the future.That said, I do hope Jayman can provide a solution or some assistance regarding the AC issue.

The batteries used in the devices such as alarms, door locks, Echo remote etc aren't new and did not last even for a week.Some minor paint stains on the LVP flooring were not cleaned up.Power outlets near electric panels could not accommodate Telus wireless main router.Quality of Door handles and their fixtures are of substandard quality, or the workmanship related to these handles.Drive way and grade near main entrance were incomplete or completed without quality workmanship. Several follow up's with Jayman representatives to fix the issue. Improperly prepared driveway resulted in puncturing of vehicle tire and some damage to the garage door frame due to loss of control on vehicle in this process which needs to be fixed up. Thanks.

I knew my possession date but no one called or emailed with a time that the keys were released. I ended up just showing up around 2pm to a house full of people. I asked if I can come in and get keys and they were shocked to hear that no one had communicated to me. According to my lawyer funds were received early am and no one thought to let me know so that was a big fail of jaymans part. Otherwise I am happy with the house. My only other complaint would be that the "parking pad" out back is a mud pit. I would appreciate it being back filled with actual gravel and not just backfill as vehicles sink and will get stuck.

Frazer and Katelyn were outstanding throughout the entire construction process. I had a third-party inspection completed, and the inspector also highlighted the quality of the construction. We’re extremely happy with the outcome.
