Customer care, that was delivered from buying the house and till now, for maintainance and repairs. And all the necessary information that was given to us, to make sure that we have best kmowledge about our house. I wish to have same team that assited me in buying house and jesie offcourse again, whenever i plan for next home.

Okay, so during the building phase, I pointed out that the Telus line was right under the rubble without a conduit, which would have caused a service disruption. I was told that the process is now refined, and the cable can handle the pressure, but it didn’t. The cable broke just like I expected, and now I’m without Telus. Telus says they’ll fix it eventually, but who knows when?I’m really disappointed with the materials and how the workmanship was done. When we look at the show home, it’s so different from what we got. I expected to receive the same quality of fit and finish that I saw.The accent wall colouring is almost laughable, and the paint is chipping off completely. The door still has unfinished paint, and the gap to see from the door is covered in paint.The countertops still have smudges and marks that we can’t clean!The closet magnets aren’t installed yet. My door knobs are loose.I’ve had after-sales, a team member visit, and they’re going to fix some of the issues I’ve experienced. But I feel like I’m taking my time out to be on the site to have this job done, and it’s quite inconvenient.

Mila and Tanya provides us with the most the excellent customer service when buying this house. They made sure to accommodate our needs and not skipping any details when going through this process.

I’m very pleased with all aspects of the home I purchased from Jayman. The strong sealing and excellent ventilation ensure a consistent flow of fresh air throughout the house. The mechanical room in the basement is thoughtfully designed, and the integrated solar system is a valuable addition that reflects Jayman’s commitment to sustainability. The only concern I have is regarding the radon system. I would appreciate it if Jayman could consider extending the radon pipe to the exterior of the building to further enhance safety and air quality.

We dont have a real estate agent but we never had a hard time and we did not feel neglected, during the whole process because they are very helpful to us.We appreciated the weekly updates that they are giving us. Would recommend anyone to build with Jayman. We are super happy how everything turned out. As first time home buyers this was great experience. So happy we had Srjd as a site sup, he was absolutely amazing to work with.

Cupboard door in upstairs bathroom stripped, fell off. Tile in ensuite not shuffled/ one wall is all the same tile pattern in the same direction. Bathtub not installed properly, no insulation under tub causing massive squeaks whenever moving. Closets were not cleaned and drywall dust got all over our clothes before noticing. Yard unusable to park in as there is a massive drop in ground level from alley. ( this is being fixed at the moment). Overall still am very satisfied with the house and especially the service. I have written service requests, but have not told trey/Rebecca about issues yet.
