While some items from the inspection required follow-up work, Jake’s proactive communication and efficient handling of these matters reinforced my confidence in Jayman. Despite the need for additional repairs, Jake ensured everything was addressed promptly and professionally. His attentive follow-up and clear explanations made me feel completely supported throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company where the customer specialist genuinely cares about resolving issues and keeping you informed. Great house, few things I'm disappointed:- some walls are not straight. I thought at first it was my tools, but no, it make it weird with the furniture.- I feel like some damage were seen by the workers but hoped we wouldn't see them.Jeremy and Darren were great.

One of the frustrations was that the contacts kept changing quite frequently. There was James, Stephan, Colby and one other person. Over the course of a year there was 3 or 4 different people which makes things quite difficult at times.

We signed up for the maintenance service where they come and change the air filter and do some other maintenance things, but I don't know how to make sure that gets done. Do I call them or does the service schedule it? If someone could let me know that would be great. And I don't know the technical details, but I was told that a pipe needs to be turned off before it gets too cold outside, and I don't know when that happens either.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent home purchase experience.After signing the purchase documents, the lawyer provided by Jayman was not very transparent with us. We were informed that some copies of the documents would only be shared after possession, which made us uncomfortable as we wanted to fully understand everything we were signing.We were also asked by the sales team to attend the pre-possession inspection with about a week’s notice. This required costly travel arrangements. During the inspection, the site supervisor asked me to sign the inspection documents before completing the walkthrough. He marked several areas for paint touch-ups, but many of these were not addressed properly. I noticed after possession that some of these issues remained unresolved, and I am still waiting for those repairs to be completed.A similar situation happened at possession , I was asked to sign documents confirming that everything was satisfactory before the walkthrough took place. As a homeowner, this created pressure to sign before having a fair chance to review the property thoroughly.Buying a home is a major milestone and an emotional investment. These experiences made the process more stressful than it needed to be.That said, I would like to acknowledge and thank Brittney, the Sales Manager, for being consistently helpful, responsive, and professional throughout my home-buying journey. Her support made a positive difference.I hope my feedback helps improve the transparency and customer experience for future buyers.

Overall, we’re very satisfied with our Jayman experience. The Sales Team and Design Centre were amazing very professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The only thing we wish could improve is having more flexibility in the exterior design choices. Some options were already set, so we didn’t get to fully pick the look we originally wanted. Still, we’re very happy with how everything turned out and grateful for the team’s support.

Matt and Sam treated us like VIPs when we entered their showhome, something other sales people lacked. (Potential buyers can't be treated as if they won't afford anything; they are there because they have budget and they considered your business.) We weren't planning on getting Jayman initially because it felt like it was more "premium" than other builders. We just decided to come in to Jayman to see what else we were missing. A random visit turned into an interesting session that was full of enthusiasm and stunning electronic visual aids. That's what we liked about Jayman: they know how to make their product stand out from the rest.• My decision-making works like this: Yes, you have this feature and that feature. But other builders have that too. What makes you different and how will you convince me to buy your product instead of theirs? And your limited-time-only hurry-up "free" offer feels like a bait and a SCAM. It's "free" but my calculation says I didn't even get any deal at all.• Jayman was able to convince us how they stand out from others, and we are buyers who were aggressive in doing our research. We liked the lot very much and the community is easily accessible to major highways like Whitemud and Henday.• Even though they are not part of Rosemont anymore for now, we won't have any other people to handle our purchase file other than Matt Groves. Extremely patient and humble. He will advocate for you and will resolve matters you never knew possible, lol. His goal from the start is for us to be happy with our home. Heck, he will respond to your email at 11 PM or 2 AM when he can. He's not required to, but that is some extraordinary dedication right there. Stay in good health, Matt. Because it's Matt or nothing, folks.
