Jayman BUILT is first and foremost a homebuilder, we also provide a full suite of complementary services for our customers. Our services were carefully introduced to create a straightforward process to help customers move with ease and peace of mind through their Jayman Journey. We offer our customers financial and realty services, a professional design consultation, even a complimentary moving van to make the final step of their move painless.

-- Inclusion of efficiency package.-- The materials (sinks, countertop, vanities, flooring, trim, etc.) feel either model or timeless.-- Layout feels very efficient.-- NO ugly gaps between trim pieces. YES, small details as this make a big impact on customers.-- Jayman communicates effectively and in timely manner.

Sandra Mike and Jake all seem to genuinely care about providing a quality service that felt unique and all inquiries were answered well and the Information was delivered very well. From Sandra walking through some of the technical aspects of the grading of the property to the membrane/soil analysis used in considerations for the foundation of the house, to Mikes top to bottom QAQC of the finished product, clearly strives for perfection, and to top it off Jakes genuine customer first attitude, providing very important tips/guidelines how to maximize the houses life span and what to watch out for. To the whole team at Jayman thanks for making our quick possession, quick and informative.

Disappointed with the state of the yard upon possession. We understand it isn't finished but to be given our beautiful new home with a yard full of trash was disappointing. This includes screws, pieces of drywall, plywood, lumber, packaging, empty caulking tubes, metal screening and fence, lots of little sharp metal pieces, cement chunks, and metal banding. And to still a month later have other sites construction materials/garbage, to this day, on our lot doesn't seem right.

Any new build will have deficiencies but we had a great experience getting them addressed through jayman with little fuss. The features included with the home were also a league above other homes in a similar price bracket.

The microwave stove was installed in a very rough way, resulting in bent interior. This issue needs to be addressed.More seriously, there were a large amount of stereo foam above the microwave stove, resulting in stereo foam bits falling during cooking. This is a huge health concern. I tried my best to clean the area three times, but I am not able to completely get rid of it. This is a issue needs to be addressed as well.

I seem to think I had already completed this review but I may be wrong. We are very impressed with Jayman Built and all the people we dealt with. That all employees; Mike - Jayman Realty, Kara - Jayman Finance, Ben/Kelsey/Theresa - PP sales team, Lyle and Corey - construction clearly demonstrate Jayman's values in an enthusiastic, genuine manner is a sign that Jayman has strong, respected leadership. I find this very rare in a time when I generally expect poor customer service across all sectors but Jayman stands out with an appreciated WOW factor.We only have one matter that could be improved. In our opinion, the carpet was installed too early and wasn't protected properly from all the trades in and out and up and down during construction. In preliminary visits we noticed the main tracks were not covered and were dirty. When we moved in the carpet was clean but the main tracks look worn compared to the areas that were not tread on. Not to say they look years old and are unsightly but wanted to mention for your future reference. We will include this on our April 24 - 2 month check for inspection.We moved to Westman village from Ontario then to PP. We love our new home and Mahogany. Thank you for building our home so well. Everything went absolutely great. Only disappointment is the portal. Only information on the portal is my closing documents and really I have copies of all of this. I will need to have someone assist me with setting up the lights! I think I figured out most of the rest of the smart home! I have not contacted my representative yet with regards, but I am positive they will assist me.Very happy with my purchase.

My husband Steven recently experienced a stroke. As he worked on his recovery, he found the stairs in our current 2 storey home a challenge. We really wanted to move to a new, one storey bungalow home but there are very few of these homes being built. We also wanted to stay in our current neighbourhood of Keswick. After searching for a while, Steven found Sandi at Jayman Homes and inquired about the possibility of building a bungalow in Keswick Landing. Thanks to Sandi's efforts, we learned that we could build a brand new bungalow on the perfect lot in our neighbourhood. The process took several months, but we enjoyed the steps along the way. Sandi and Rachel were so supportive and understanding. If there was a question we had, they followed up and got us an answer. If we needed to schedule a meeting, they were always flexible and ready to work with us. We also really appreciated their kindness and support with Steven.
