I have one concern that I mentioned previously, but overall, my experience working with Karan and Mila has been very professional. Hali has also been very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy, and we are 100% confident that we will recommend Jayman and consider building with them again in the future.That said, I do hope Jayman can provide a solution or some assistance regarding the AC issue.

The batteries used in the devices such as alarms, door locks, Echo remote etc aren't new and did not last even for a week.Some minor paint stains on the LVP flooring were not cleaned up.Power outlets near electric panels could not accommodate Telus wireless main router.Quality of Door handles and their fixtures are of substandard quality, or the workmanship related to these handles.Drive way and grade near main entrance were incomplete or completed without quality workmanship. Several follow up's with Jayman representatives to fix the issue. Improperly prepared driveway resulted in puncturing of vehicle tire and some damage to the garage door frame due to loss of control on vehicle in this process which needs to be fixed up. Thanks.

I knew my possession date but no one called or emailed with a time that the keys were released. I ended up just showing up around 2pm to a house full of people. I asked if I can come in and get keys and they were shocked to hear that no one had communicated to me. According to my lawyer funds were received early am and no one thought to let me know so that was a big fail of jaymans part. Otherwise I am happy with the house. My only other complaint would be that the "parking pad" out back is a mud pit. I would appreciate it being back filled with actual gravel and not just backfill as vehicles sink and will get stuck.

Frazer and Katelyn were outstanding throughout the entire construction process. I had a third-party inspection completed, and the inspector also highlighted the quality of the construction. We’re extremely happy with the outcome.

Upon possession many things (mostly minor) were left uncompleted for us to deal with after possession. These minor things accumulated over the next two months with a steady stream of contractors in and out. Up to and including our two month warranty appointment. However every contractor was friendly and professional. John Dickson, Matt Sauve and Tavis Torrington have been fantastic to deal with through any issues that did arise. In fact the combined efforts of those three turned this experience around completely into a positive one for us.

The main issue with workmanship/quality is some of the paint, drywall on the top of the stairway, dried paint on our floors, clumps on the trims, don’t like Ring at all. Quality of the exterior stonework left much to be desired compared to what was demoed to us, honestly it might be installed wrong. The handling of the mistake with the conduit was not great, mainly due to the contractor chosen.

During pre possession walk through, superintendent should let realtor speak on behalf of purchaser. I am a first time home buyer and did not know what to look for. My realtor was helping me and superintendent's attitude toward realtor was negative.

I gave this rating because the level of customer service and responsiveness really stood out. The team has been very attentive and willing to work with homeowners to address any concerns that arise. Issues are taken seriously and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, which gives a lot of confidence and peace of mind as a homeowner. Overall, the willingness to listen, communicate openly, and find practical solutions has made the experience very positive, which is why I would feel comfortable recommending you to friends and family.

The entire team from Sales to Stylemagic selection, Realty, Financial, Wendi, Smart home unit has been exceptionally superb. Stephanie had to have the cleaners come back after possession to clean the home because it was not done properly. Regarding communication after possession regarding outstanding matters, I had to contact serval people to get answers or updates, which was disappointing. Overall, the process was smooth but having to chase preoccupancy issues myself, is concerning and needed better attention.

We gave this rating because the Rangeview sales team truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the experience much smoother by always being available to answer our questions and guide us through each step. I would refer Jayman to my friends. I had friends visit with in 30 days of moving in. They were excited to see the property due to the wonderful experience I have had up until this date. They picked up on the poor fit and finish of the black fixtures across the house. They notice a lot of overspray. The carpet nailing strips were not nailed down cause people to say “ouch watch out” as we toured the house. Sanding dust on the mouldings above the windows fall in our faces during the tour. Granted these are things that can be fixed and my friend were understanding to these small faults. They all purchased new builds so it was very interesting to see the differences between the builders. With us all buying new homes we learned which builders to select from when it comes to buying our next homes.

There are few areas where you tried to save cost as hit water takes 2 minutes to come. I don’t know that part name which provides right way hot water that you are used to fix in previous built house but now you don’t it is totally waste of water. Second your paint quality in my house is very low. You also needs to improve cleaning before possession. One major things all other builders do that change spot of furnace in one side corner that is big lapse in Jayman . There are few discrepancy in my home those I have already informed to your best guy Ali . He is taking care of this. And thanks Paul is no more with Jayman .Thanks
