We have led the industry in sustainable building practices and energy efficient designs; innovating to save our customers money, protect their health and reduce our environmental footprint. Each year we raise the bar of what is possible in our industry.

We believe that customer experience extends far beyond a positive customer service interaction, it is the heart of our business. Jayman BUILT is first and foremost a homebuilder, we also provide a full suite of complementary services for our customers. Our services were carefully introduced to create a straightforward process to help customers move with ease and peace of mind through their Jayman Journey. We offer our customers financial and realty services, a professional design consultation, even a complimentary moving van to make the final step of their move painless.

A couple of items were not fixed prior to moving as promised and it took three phone calls to even get my kitchen drawers fixed after 3 calls over one week to get them fixed which broke on moving day.

Jayman Built is one of most excellent builder on market. If you can improve s bit in your project management in monitoring your contractors work quality, and during the customer selections of his/her customized home features, you'll be much greater in your band image.

In the past year we have built with baywest, Jayman and Hopwell. We found that Jayman was the best overall value, the team has been amazing, the handover and walk through were very professional. Jayman homes are good in finishing as far as Show homes are observed. Hopefully the home built for us will be similar or of better level. The models designs, utilization of space and option for color palette etc are good for new homebuyers. Though would like few more color palettes options for spec homes for prospective buyers.
