Jayman BUILT is first and foremost a homebuilder, we also provide a full suite of complementary services for our customers. We offer our customers financial and realty services, a professional design consultation, even a complimentary moving van to make the final step of their move painless.

A few things went sideways to get rectified. Warranty issues took awhile. In the end it was fine. Leak in the ceiling to the tv I had to wait until they re-imbursed me.

We are pleased with the weekly update of the construction progress from the Area Sales Manager (Sandi Stark) and the Sales Associate (Rachel Land). Reading the weekly progress update email and seeing the materialization of our dream home in photos became the highlight of our week during the construction period. We are happy that the target possession schedule was met that we could move into our beautiful dream home before the end of November last year. The excellent support during our first year in the Jayman BUILT home by the Customer Care Specialist (Darren Smigorowski) was timely and professional. We are pleased to recommend Jayman BUILT Edmonton to our friends and family.

My experience with the sales team, Steven and Robert were amazing. They provided me all the informations that I asked them. They made our journey of buying our first home smooth and stress-free. These guys went above and beyond our expectations. These two are the best. They always kept us posted about the building progress of our house. They are easy to get along with. Robin, the site manager was also amazing. This guy is very knowledgeable. These guys are awesome!!

There were some errors in the process, though most have been resolved. Sump pit installed in the wrong location, support beams out of line, ground stake in the wrong location, issues with windows in the basement, bbq gas line, power outlet to the garage out of alignment, siding cracked and out of alignment on the garage, drop down ceiling flaws, drywall and paint issues in the stairwells, HRV mother board had to be replaced, missed silicone on the master shower install, missing or broken fibre optic cable - it ends 15 m from the house at the property line, issues and conflicts with Rogers, Telus and Shaw because lines aren't terminated by Jayman yet service providers say the cables are service ready to plug and play but they aren't! Huge run around!!

Jayman did an excellent job on the construction of my new home, especially with respect to the overall speed of the build. However, toward the end of the process things felt a bit rushed. I wish we had been given more time during the pre-possession walk-through; many of the issues we discovered after moving in could likely have been identified then with a more thorough inspection.The cleaning also needed improvement. When we moved in none of the windows, inside and out, had been cleaned. Since we designed the home with multiple large windows, this was particularly disappointing. We also noticed fingerprints on several surfaces, including the ceiling fan, exhaust hood, and light fixtures, which appeared to be left over from construction. Additionally, multiple air vents had small pools of sawdust collecting in them even after the duct cleaning.Overall we are happy about our new home and satisfied with the service Jayman provided. In the future Jayman built homes will be at the top of consideration when we look to make a purchase.
