Clancy Jacob came by his house-building skills honestly. As a third-generation carpenter, building is what he does best.

In 1988, Clancy started as a framer moving to Leduc from Langenburg, SK. He continued working through each aspect of the homebuilding process gaining knowledge through hands-on experience.

Ten years later, JACOB’S joined a new home warranty company and focused their skills entirely on custom home building. With Clancy’s storehouse of home building knowledge and Sharon’s understanding of business management, they have guided JACOB’S to be a local Leduc homebuilder focused on providing a premium quality custom product.

Keeping it local is what JACOB’S does best. From working with local trades and suppliers to supporting local sport teams and community groups, JACOB’S gives back to the community which has been so good to them.

The original pricing structure was very generous in allowances for various aspects of our home. For example windows, kitchen cabinets, etc. This gave us a very good idea of what our house would cost at most. Receiving multiple credit change orders made the whole experience exceptional as we knew we would be under budget.The Project Manager was extremely helpful in assisting us make choices for materials and finishings. Jacob's is very dedicated to their clients. We built this house while living in another city during the pandemic and they made our experience very positive, including meeting us on Saturdays for walk throughs outside of normal business hours. We would definitely recommend Jacob's to anyone who is looking to build.
