We have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. We’re building new homes in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; North Carolina; South Carolina; and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By growing slowly, we have been able to maintain the family-owned-and-operated feel that’s grounded by our core values. The prompt service by Will / Daniel / Bryant and your team at Empire in helping us to purchase the home -- However your lender Alta Homes not so much.Many customer service issues with Alta -- especially their representative Kenny Garza with in accurate information and being unaware of his colleagues work completed with multiple requests that caused undue stress and apprehension in this buying process. Benny Solatis is on point but was let down by who he assigned to work with us !It is important that Empire know that your team is solid -- not so much for your lender.
