We expected a quality build and we got it. We didn't expect the people we interacted with along the way to be so nice, caring and interested in making our build so special. Lisa and Angie in the office were great with info during and after the build. Dan and Joe are great guys who take the time to talk thru build steps and coordination of all the trades. Having lived in the house a couple months we see lots of the trade workers during the day. The are hard workers and very polite to the home owners living in the neighborhood. A big surprise to us was the regular road washing that is done. What a nice touch!

I like the way how I was in the loop from start - finish. Initially Asa helped us and she was great ?? helped us clarify so many things, Then we met Amber who was very patient and through with us during selection process. Finally we met Joel who has always addressed our questions with a sense of urgency and has always helped us in anyway he can and also Frank who pretty much fixed all the last minute items and was very helpful. We are very happy with the entire team. Overall we love our home and Thank you so much for making this happen.

Asa was really helpful during the bidding and closing process. She kept me posted with all the updates and answered all my my questions patiently and thoroughly. Charlie provided outstanding service during the first year of home ownership from helping with the missing washer dryer while I was out of state to helping me out with my questions on the house when things came up. He was very thorough with all of the walk throughs and spotted things that i didn't even realize was an issue.
