We have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. We’re building new homes in North Carolina; South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; and Toronto, Ontario. By growing slowly, we have been able to maintain the family-owned-and-operated feel that’s grounded by our core values. Our sales team was very caring and they are proud of what they do. They really went above and beyond with our screened porch to make sure we were happy. They did address most issues as fast as possible. We had a mistake in our build where the ceiling was not framed for coffered and they fixed it within 1 day.

What I liked most was the outstanding support from the team. Melissa and Angie in sales were very helpful and transparent, and Naomi at the design studio provided excellent guidance. I want to especially recognize Garrett Smith, who addressed several critical items including a water leak noted in the inspection report with urgency and professionalism. And also took care of additional needs like redesigning the closet and replacing dormant sod after closing. Frank also did an exceptional job completing punch list items during and after closing. Overall, their combined efforts made the process smooth and reassuring.

The selection of choices. Many builders have "packages" that require you to make certain design choices you don't like just to get the floors you want. With Empire you get to choose everything, down to the size of the baseboards! Also, you can't beat the lots. They are all around .5 acres + and all of the homes look different.. this is NOT a cookie-cutter new build.
