The people I've dealt with directly (Derk, Neal, Damian, Jason, the interior painter (don't recall his name)) have all been very professional, respectful, courteous. Each seemed to be really proud of the work they do and the product they produce. It seemed important to each to ensure *I* was happy with the result too. Teamwork also seemed to be valued. I've been really impressed Douglas Homes group.

Douglas Homes really cares about the product that they deliver. Their attention to minor details prior to taking possession was very satisfying. At 72 years, I have seen and renovated a lot of homes. The attention to details and quality of/by the entire DH team has been superb. It is not often that you get a builder that under promises and then over delivers. The entire team, from the sales team that almost weekly let me access my house while under construction, to their framer/carpenter, electrician, painter, etc., project manager, all went above and beyond what I have experienced previously. Given that my house was built during the last third of the COVID disruption, DH has done a superb job . Some people call me a perfectionist when I do renovation work. The initial construction of my house is far better than I expected. Even minor details that I could take care of myself, they have resolved as soon as they were made aware of them.

The feature wall, kitchen back splash, kitchen counter granite tops and the front door colour with the stained clear glass with an excellent design. Also the other main feature is the 9 feet ceiling on the main level.

The interior of the house is beautiful, I have almost 85% of what i wanted. The only issue is with the staircase, i choose a different style which I was made to sign for but never got it. I also was told i will get the towel rings in the washrooms, which i never got, One of the door opener does not work, Laundry Room shelves have not been installed yet and I haven't heard from anyone. Other than that, I am very happy with my house, please just have those few fixed and I will be very satisfied. My friends every time they visit, they love it and they are also planning to buy from you guys, because they like my plan. The other thing I had totally forgotten about is, the house shakes, i don't know what it is. I have taken a video to show, whether is its because of the construction going on around the area, i have no idea. I would like to play the video to you guys and maybe you can explain what it is.

Rudy was very kind and a great person to tour homes with, he was quick to reply to any questions or concerns that I had and made the buying process easy for us. Gregg the construction supervisor did an outstanding job during our initial walkthrough, despite it being his first day in Chestermere he was attentive and noted down all the issues I had in the house. Somehow he was able to fix 95% of the issues we had in the house over the course of a week, which included some major ticket items which was very impressive on his part and a great surprise for us so great job he did very well. Melissa the construction coordinator has been very quick to reply to emails and book our contractors to come in the house to get issues resolved and overall has been awesome to deal with.

As this was a prebuilt home, we had very little input to the design and fixtures but are very satisfied with the finished house. We could not have picked a better location in the community. We especially like backing onto the path system at the junction of three paths, which gives us more room between our neighbours' houses. We have more space between our neighbours meaning we have a very open and bright view.

prompt actions. within timeframe i expected. melissa is very courteous and prompt to action whenever possible. i didnt like that i was told we were gonna get a gravel parking pad only to see a paved one. which is great. although id much rather have a bigger pad. extended 10 ft in towards my house. i was too late to make a request.
