We found that our hot water tank was not working on August 29th. We contacted TACADA for the customer care service on August 30th. They responded quickly and sent a technician to fix the heating element for the hot water tank on the same day.

The home has an extraordinary design, the upgrades on the house are absolutely amazing and what I was looking for. The service provided by Kelly was outstanding and beyond expectations, she explained everything necessary and even guided me in the steps I wasn't clear, the kindness and patience she provides talks about excellent performance and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

The home was very well constructed and had very minimal warranty to repair. The staff was knowledgeable and kept us fully informed of scheduling of any warranty items.
