Colbray Homes is a family run company (headed up by Chris Wallace) with over 28 years construction experience. Twelve of which was as a project manager for one of the major home builders in Central Alberta.

Our goal is to make sure that every one of our customers is completely satisfied with their home as well as their home building experience. At Colbray homes We design our homes with families in mind. Our standard features are options in many of our competitors homes. Such as:

We loved the customer support right from beginning to end. They were able to help us design a floor plan that we loved that fit all of our wishes into the square footage house we wanted. The quality of the build is exceptional and anyone that walks into our house comments on both the quality and stunning design features Colbray made possible. The interior designer Jackie was an absolute asset in helping us pick all the design details of the home every step of the way. She truly learns your individual style and helps cater your decisions to be in line with that. We couldn’t be happier with all of the Colbray team and the cohesive experience they provide.

Communication was impressive, they made great effort to make sure answers to any questions were clear and agreeable. Jackie was extremely helpful in the interior design and let us/me know when a choice would not fit our vision for our home. And the trades used for the build were all very courteous, and delivered quality work.

Such a small team and so thankful to be treated like family. Communication was always excellent and appreciated the touch ups and coming to address any issues. Biggest frustration continues to be how slow electrical concerns are dealt with. Happy that cable railing is FINALLY installed :)

The overall design/planning phase with Chris & Jackie was absolutely amazing. It made us excited to move forward and anticipate what was to come. Overall, the building process was fabulous with Colbray! From the beginning they took their time explaining any concerns or questions that we had. Specifically Jackie was available whenever we needed her to go over design issues or ideas. If we ever had a concern, they were available to discuss it at any time and took care in addressing our concerns. We were impressed with the construction time and our builders willingness to allow us to explore our own ideas. They also allowed us to get multiple quotes and source things from different providers than they usually dealt with. Chris is an honest business owner who is willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy.

We felt as if Colbrays communication and custom service was very top notch. They were exceptional at responding to our needs and following us through the process of building our home. They were great at helping us with the design and helped us create inspiration as to what we wanted. They were very responsive when we had questions and met with us regularly to discuss expectations and the planning process. We could easily change or request something last minute and it would be included in the builld. The quality of the build was exceptional. The contractors were treated well and you could tell they cared about their work. We enjoyed having Jackie follow up through the building process from a design prespective.

The people - right from meeting Jackie the first time, to working with Chris, Marty, Chad, Angela, and Gail, everyone was fun to work with, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about building the perfect house for our family. Along the way, a lot of time was spent getting to know us and understanding our needs in order to build a house that truly suited our family. We wanted to be very involved in the process, and they accommodated that every step along the way. We also really loved the BuilderTrend app - it was great to be kept in the loop with the progress, as well as overages and credits.

Quality of products chosen along with positive workmanship throughout the home show pride from start to finish.Working with Chad throughout the build made first time building fairly pain free. His knowledge and positive approach to our concerns helped to ease the issues and ready us for what would be our new home. The building process was amazing! They were always ready, willing and able to help us with whatever we needed. Endlessly patient with our involvement and ideas. So many times we heard that they just wanted to do what we wanted. Issues that did arise were often dealt with and we didn’t even know about it till much later. Highly recommend and if we were to build again we wouldn’t consider any other builder.

Chris was very friendly and helpful when we were first planning our new house. Everyone answered questions when we asked (and we asked lots) and were very helpful. All of the trades were extremely professional and left no mess inside or outside the house. Angela is a dream to work with and very talented!! Chad was always willing to meet to answer our questions. Honestly it was a great experience from start to finish. It’s a huge undertaking to do a project of this size and it’s impossible to not have an occasional glitch. Everything was dealt with efficiently and to our satisfaction. I cannot tell you how many times I heard that they just wanted us to be happy and have the home we dreamed of. And they made that happen!! Everyone was so easy to work with!! Chris, Chad, Angela, Jackie and Daren and all the crew....you definitely built us our beautiful dream home and we thank you!!
