I really enjoyed working with Nicole, Pam and Barb Kryzalka - they honestly made this such a pleasant experience for us. Nicole is so knowledgeable and such a good bridge between the builder & clients. She was extremely helpful and always quick to email and if she was unavailable Pam was wonderful to step in. We realize through this experience how much work it is to build a custom home and we do appreciate all that her and Pam did for us. Phil was also a really great site supervisor - always communicated well and I felt like he really helped to move things along at a steady pace.

Thank you again to Jackie O'Connor for the wonderful service that she provided pre-possession. Our sincere thanks to Kevin Atrens and Tammy Kneller for the after sales warranty service. I found the warranty service to have been a smooth experience so far. I will be submitting the 15 month service request form soon to finish up the last few items.Also, a thank you goes out the Augusta Fine Homes and Qualico for extending home warranties by one year; I really enjoyed watching the Youtube video and was pleasantly surprised with the warranty extension.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jackie and Bryan for their patience, professionalism and client orientated culture throughout different stages of this project. And big thanks to Shawn Kosowan for his Very professional advice and very responsible professionalism. My family was impressed by the August culture and excellent custom service skills present by this team. It was not an easy process, but by working together and trusting each other, every challenge was resolved. We were lucky by choosing August as our builder. Dealing with Jackie in sales was exceptional. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and always ensured we were in the know for anything we needed. Our pre-occupancy walkthrough was conducted by the site superintendent, Phil, and it was fantastic. I know this was because the normal pre-occupancy people were extremely busy, and it normally would not be the site supt, however the fact that he stepped up and did it in Augusta’s time of need impressed me. And although he may not have known much about the warranty side of things, he did not lie about nor did he try and bs us about anything. And as far as the build part of the house, we couldn’t have asked for anyone with more knowledge. Although we bought a spec home from August this time around, I am more than confident that Augusta Fine Homes will be our choice of builder should we reconsider that route again in the future.
