CustomerInsight is accepting submissions for builders that fall within the following categories:
Single Family
Small (5-45 homes)
Medium (46-149)
Large (150+)
Multi-Family
(has condo board)
25-115 Homes

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Granted to those builders with the highest overall customer satisfaction in their area as voted by homeowners.
BUILDER OF CHOICE
Awarded to builders achieving superior results for customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and trade satisfaction.
BEST TRADE / SUPPLY PARTNER
Outstanding individual who has made a remarkable contribution to improve the perceptions people have of the residential homebuilding industry by demonstrating leadership and initiative in the areas of customer experience.
INDUSTRY AMBASSADOR OF THE YEAR
Awarded to trade partners who stand out from the rest based on their performance, quality of workmanship, reliability and customer service.
Proceeds will be donated to MAKE-A-WISH®
The CustomerInsight team is proud to partner with Make-A-Wish®, helping make wishes come true for kids with critical illnesses. Each time a customer, employee or trade/supplier completes a review, CustomerInsight will donate, on their behalf, to Make-A-Wish.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
STEP 1
Complete the Registration Process
To enter the 2020 H.O.M.E Awards, please proceed with the registration process below prior to October 1, 2019. You can apply for more than one award category.
After registration is complete, you are required to submit directly to CustomerInsight, a completed submission form of customer contact information before the deadline and any other information pertaining to each award category. All submissions must include a company logo for use on the website or H.O.M.E Awards Event.
Only submissions that are complete will be accepted. Submissions that are incomplete in any respect will be returned to registrants. Entries must be submitted by the Owner of the company.
STEP 2
Pay the Registration Fees
The submission fee can be paid directly using Visa, MasterCard, and Amex upon receipt of invoice.

Fee required in addition to the 2019 1 Month and 13 Month Reviews Trade Partner Review: $1350 Employee Review: $1,350

STEP 3
Stay Tuned for Announcements
The winners will be announced on March 15, 2020. Finalists may purchase any number of certificates, decals, and other marketing items for sales centres, show rooms, vehicles, and offices. Winners may broadcast their award-winning status to the media and promote it to audiences by using the widely recognized H.O.M.E. Awards seal.

Attend the Awards Celebratory Evening (opt.)
