Zetsen homes was easy to get in touch with and were easy to work with for designing the house. They were detail oriented and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Zetsen listened to any concerns and found solutions without conflict. The timeline went just as expected and we are very happy with the house they built. All of the staff were informative and great to work with from blueprints to final touches, they even gave great recommendations for finishings beyond the build. We are very happy to be in our beautiful home!

Easy to work with, simple and nice finishing choices, good foresight in the house design, and overall confidence in the quality of the house.

Find them very professional

Good communication - quick response.

Everyone was very responsive everything went well.

We really enjoyed the fact that the house was advertised as a quick possession, and that is what it felt like also, the concerns we had after the home inspection were dealt with in a timely, professional manner Personnel was amazing to work with.

Detailed final walkthrough and customer service.

Celina was amazing to work with and communication with her was excellent and reassuring when something came up.

They take pride in their home and product

Great customer service and they made everything easy.

Good quality

The buying process was made easy and the customer service is very good. They are very approachable. The builder did what they promised.

After viewing a number of homes for purchase in the Creekview area my realtor suggested I build a custom home with Zetsen. I did not enter this process with an open mind. However, after working primarily with Garrett and Celina, my mind was changed. They listened carefully to my extensive wish list, contributed their design and building expertise and together we built a beautiful home. In the end I loved the creative process, the design and the finished home. Zetsen worked hard to accommodate an earlier possession date than originally planned. (Consequently there was still some siding and railings to be completed, hence the previous comment about some construction items being left in the yard, which was not an issue.) I would highly recommend Zetsen Master Builders and in particular Celina and Garrett.

We really enjoyed dealing with the company itself, Garrett and Celina were great to deal with. They answered all of our questions to the best of their abilities.

Personalized service.
