Tamarack was on schedule for the build and all the repairs. They were flexible with the closing date. The staff were professional and had excellent customer service.

The style and quality of the home's finishes are superior to most builders.

Tamarack was helpful and transparent throughout the buying and post buying process. They assisted in getting repairs done all without any hassle.

Beside the back this was ours new home, we're very satisfied with the size and quality. But we notice that some trade like the painters fast and move on two the next house. The back deck was built to meet minimal requirements, what is strange you promote the project as senior living But the door handles are round not good if you have arthritis in there hands,the toilets are too low, handrail at the main entrance that would make it a better transition from the other house.

The staff went above and beyond when we were moving. This is our second purchase in the neighborhood and the warranty guys stopped by to say hi and to check in to make sure the house was ok. They even help Patrick find a stud to install his tv.They delayed the curb guys so our moving truck would have access to our driveway. (They were digging for the curb the morning of our move). Everyone went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it. We didn't have the best luck with our gallery town but everyone made sure we would have a great experience with the new home.Thank you, it's much appreciated.

We found that what selection we did during our visit, got changed what they have installed inside our home. The bathroom cabinates and counter top is different then we selected. But as the agreement which we signed had a choices which they installed so warranty office refused to change the bathroom cabinate items.

This is our seventh new home, but our first with Tamarack. Overall, we are pleased with our home, and most definitely with the Tamarack team.

Personally I’d like to mentioned the name Travis. Who is one of your foreman and he provides an exceptional service. He never says “That is not my job” every time when we ask something from him he tries his best to provide an answer/ solution as quickly as he can. Always speaks in a friendly and respective manner. We bought right at the beginning of the pandemic when the market was really weird, and I think because of that we were granted a lot of flexibility on choices and customer options. We spoke with neighbours that bought before the pandemic and they said their experience was really different, and that Tamarack didn't offer much. So, I think Tamarack should know how much people would appreciate that flexibility.

These should have been included or I should have been told when I was getting the house.Design Coordinator - Mandy is a star and knows what she is doing. I absolutely loved working with her, she open with suggestions and gives really nice feedbacks. I am loving the selections.Other than that everything is good generally and I am happy with the quality of the house. I am also happy with the communication with the Tamarack Custom Care they have been very helpful. I have already referred my friends to Tamarack.

I absolutely love the large windows on the main floor, they make the space feel so bright and open, letting in tons of natural light. The modern aesthetics of the kitchen and bathrooms give such a sleek and sophisticated vibe, with clean lines, neutral tones, and an open-concept layout. The oversized garage and pantry are Super practical. And the gas fireplace on the main floor adds the perfect cozy and stylish touch.

In general, I like Tamarack home and most of service except the designing part. I bought a townhouse 6 years ago which my family all like it, so we choose to buy a single house again without touching any another builder last year. I felt very disappointed on the designing center. 1) time is too rush, just make a appointment to push us to make the decision, I think at least 2~3 times face to face meeting for us to understand, compare and decide. The kitchen is the most important part, but only has zoom meeting choice which is not good for those English is not good customers like us. In the communication with designing, I mentioned a lot of times that my English is not good, to avoid any misunderstanding, I sent them the pictures of the Model Room and asked to copy it. In PDI, I found the countertop is not what I want as the Model room. I contacted the relative persons to ask for solution. What I got is that is what the drawing showed in the purchase agreement. I asked them what the function of the Model Room? Just cause the confusion to customer? Does the customer need to understand every drawings? To measure every size? And I asked how to escalate this issue. Finally the designing coordinator replied me they would fixed the problem with extra quotation. Now 2 months past, nothing feedback, we are extremely disappointed for such non-professional service!!!

I'm satisfied with the major work, but I'm not satisfied with the finishes. The plumbing in the bathrooms is not of good quality. The finishes in the corners are not of good quality. The carpet in the basement is not properly installed.

My home has classy finishes and craftsmanship. Cardinal creek is situated in a scenic area. Tamarack has done an exemplary job in designing a family friendly neighborhood.

I love the design of the living room. When you walk in, you immediately see a broad and expansive space. The heater on the second floor is also a perfect design.
