After having issues with our door we called the office for a return visit to check out our issues. It turns out the door was incorrectly installed the first time and that the securement of the door was only 60%as not all fastenings was in the studs some was just in drywall. The rep that came out literally re-installed the door by himself with no complaints even though as he was fixing one issue he found another. The rep that came to my home was very polite and explained every issue we had in detail and walked us through the soloution so we understood the change. He a had brilliant work ethic. Not often you see this now days.

The sales, install men were both great. Install did a valiant job installing that huge door solo- he could have used help. Service follow up was slow, and I was disappointed in how long it took to communicate the defiencies and complete. But again, after communication, the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. And I think we may have finally trapped all the mice! ??

Upon initial pre wiring for components, heavier wiring should have been used and proper staples(the rounded ones). the initial technician used a regular staple gun which resulted in severing several wires which I repaired myself. The door panels should be inspected thoroughly for defects or damage, there was one dent on the inside of the second last panel which i noticed after install was complete, i was offered a discount, that same panel has indents on the opposite side where hinges are as well. The door frame opening was not properly covered by cladding but overhead door promised to look after it and make it look good but technician was an aware of that agreement on install date but luckily I came up with a solution while he set up for install which hopefully benefits you in similar future circumstances. I sent a sample of pieces I used with you installer for your viewing convenience and consideration for future similar jobs. Otherwise, everyone at your company compromised and worked well with me to get the job done regardless and I'm quiet confident I will call on you for future service and referring you to others. My only issue with the whole process is that shortly after the installation of the door I began having what seemed like random issues with my existing garage door opener to the point that I had to buy and install a new one. The tech was having some issues tuning it during the installation so I think he should have suggested that I get a new one.
