Mason Martin Homes has been building in central Alberta since 1990 and understands that building a home is the largest and most important investment a family will ever make. By choosing us as your builder you can be assured that you will receive the best value and highest combined knowledge and expertise of our certified staff that we meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Our dedicated construction team, trades, and suppliers are trained professionals who pride themselves on completing your home on time and with top quality workmanship.

Every home is backed by a one year Builder’s Warranty against workmanship and materials, 2 years on the delivery system, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on the structure through Alberta New Home Warranty. We provide 2 service appointments in the first year, as well as 24 hour emergency service, should the need arise.

Jim - he was very helpful and nice (worked the most with him recently). Tanyalie was also helpful in the beginning of the process. The best parts of the house are the storage, kitchen counters and cabinets, privacy of the deck, and low maintenance front lawn.

Excellent customer service. It was such a pleasure working with Dallas, Jim, Russ, Andrew and Jessica. Every project has it’s challenges but the few we encountered were resolved in a timely, respectful fashion.
