He was always very polite, courteous and ensured to state that he was available should there be any concerns in the future. The building process. The sales manager Mr. Daryl Solly was very funny, knowledgeable, patient. He made every meeting we had pleasant. very casual and down to earth. He explained all very clearly, always kept me updated with the progress and kept his word.Another part that I liked was the encounters with Mr. Christian Fox - the construction manager. Like I said before, I purchased about 4 homes in my life and the walk through's were always rushed and stressful. With Mr. Christian Fox everything was calm and nice. He was very knowledgeable about the building and all the details of our condo. He explained thoroughly all the systems, walked us through everything in a pleasant manner. After possession, responded to all our inquiries promptly. This is something I have never seen. With other builders that I dealt with, once possession was done, I was on my own. Mr. Christian Fox indicated that with Logel excellence comes standard, and lived up to what he was saying 1000%.

I liked a lot of things, but the thing that I liked most was the staff! Every person that I dealt with was so helpful and friendly! I started looking at the Auburn Rise community with a young lady ( I think her name was something like Kristin), who was wonderful. She knew her “stuff” but didn’t make me feel pressured. I lived in NB, so I didn’t see my building until late July when I met the gentleman who took Kristin’s place. I was kept well informed about the progress and I felt that the details about what I was purchasing were very transparent. Your employees who do the maintenance smile and speak to me when I cross paths with them even if they’ve never even met me! The gal who answers the phone at the Logel office is always so personable .
