Toronto Profile: After years of slowly growing our footprint, we can proudly say that we now operate in two countries, six regions and ninety communities. We have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. We’re building new homes in Toronto, Ontario; Charlotte, North Carolina; Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; and Atlanta, Georgia. By growing slowly, we have been able to maintain the family-owned-and-operated feel that’s grounded by our core values. I was discussing with my friend that they gave me a 1 month extension for a little of money. When you buy a house you not regret it and they treat us nice. My friend told me when she bought a home she had an extension too but it costs a lot more.

Overall, my home looks good but there are just some inconsistencies when it comes to the paint job, the dent on my tub which is not as easily fixable, tear on roof, they forgot to upgrade my thermostat etc, doorbell not working and frontporch outlet not working. But the customer support or contacts, communication (like Pina) are good. The people seems friendly, the PDI person (Derek) took time to walk me through my house which was above and beyond what I was expecting, I got introduced to the people who are building my house. If only there weren't those issues that I have after the delivery of my house, I would've rated my whole experience higher. Would also be nice if the network cables connectors were installed, my network cables have no connectors and I'm not sure if that was how it is supposed to be. I think by default those should've been installed.
