Atlanta Profile: After years of slowly growing our footprint, we can proudly say that we now operate in two countries, six regions and ninety communities. We have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. We’re building new homes in Atlanta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; and Toronto, Ontario. By growing slowly, we have been able to maintain the family-owned-and-operated feel that’s grounded by our core values. How responsive the building/construction team has been to my questions and needs from before my move in to now. I think the quality of building is great. Our real estate agent said that in her circle people have said great things about Empire and the quality of their work, and definitely after after going through that process and now living her for over a month. I know the people I have to reach out to if there is a problem, and very excited for what is to come with the rest of the Longreen Development. So to more precisely answer this question- I've liked most the people and also the quality of the building. So many new developments look like bland, copy and paste boxes, so I appreciate that Empire is taking some time with the aesthetics and architecture and it's a style that I personally like and think is more timeless than many of the new developments I'm seeing in Atlanta.
