What I like most about my home is the excellent quality and attention to detail that’s evident in every part of the build. The home is great, it fits me and my in-laws quite well. The layout stands out from the competitors / other models as being practical. Great lighting everywhere and great design choices - I appreciate that we got into the process in time to pick some upgrades, but we didn't have to pick all the colours and fixtures, your designer did a great job. My dad-in-law is impressed by the worksmanship, I think my dad will be too when he sees it, and the finishing touches are done with care. Both the main and basement kitchen are very well appointed. The basement suite shows a quality of design and worksmanship that I did not see in other suites - we stayed in one for a week while we were between homes and the difference is quite noticeable.

I like my toilet floor tiles. I love my garden suite. I love the basement Daytona built for me and for making separate entrance from the basement and the furnace room. I love that 1 year later repairs were made on time and Clayton was very knowledgeable.

High ceiling. As far as service is concerned, the one worth mentioning would be the paint touch ups. My kid put some sticky stuff on the wall and it peeled a small portion of the paint when he removed it but the person who did the touch up included that in the touch up.
