I truly appreciate their help and not dropping the ball. They were very patient. Josh and Magen they were super helpful. I called them and asked questions they gave us direction. There was a lot of details. The experience was amazing from the beginning.

What I like about the house is that everything feels bright and spacious. I really like the built-ins, especially the kitchen cabinetry.I generally don’t like textured finishes and usually prefer a flat, smooth style, but I actually like this type of texture here. Overall, there’s nothing specific to complain about.I’m happy that everything is more or less even, clean, and bright. That’s my overall impression.

Outr Sales Consultant navigated us very well as this was our first home and the first house we were building. All questions were addressed appropriately and provided clarity in grey areas. We never felt pressured by the builder to proceed with something we were uncomfortable with; they were always considerate and patient with our decision-making. We appreciate the insight we would receive from them and the freedom to make decisions that best suit our needs. We love the practicality of how certain things are arranged and placed in our homes and we have received great compliments from friends and family when visiting our new home. Site superintendents/assistants were very supportive and informative. They are very passionate about their job and craftsmanship, which really felt that our home was indeed in good care. I recommend Daytona Homes, not only for the selection of model homes they have available, but for the overall journey and process they very well excel in.

The home is great, it fits me and my in-laws quite well. The layout stands out from the competitors / other models as being practical. Great lighting everywhere and great design choices - I appreciate that we got into the process in time to pick some upgrades, but we didn't have to pick all the colours and fixtures, your designer did a great job. My dad-in-law is impressed by the worksmanship, I think my dad will be too when he sees it, and the finishing touches are done with care. Both the main and basement kitchen are very well appointed. The basement suite shows a quality of design and worksmanship that I did not see in other suites - we stayed in one for a week while we were between homes and the difference is quite noticeable.
