I was impressed by the efficiency of the home-buying process, which went off without a hitch from start to finish. The sales manager, site supervisor, and everyone in between were courteous and took the time to walk me through the features of my new home. The only blemish on an otherwise perfect experience was the discovery of scratches on the refrigerator when I checked the appliances on key collection day. I contacted the builder right away, but as the days turned into weeks, I'm still waiting for a response regarding the replacement of the damaged appliance.

What I like about the house is that everything feels bright and spacious. I really like the built-ins, especially the kitchen cabinetry.I generally don’t like textured finishes and usually prefer a flat, smooth style, but I actually like this type of texture here. Overall, there’s nothing specific to complain about.I’m happy that everything is more or less even, clean, and bright. That’s my overall impression.

Outr Sales Consultant navigated us very well as this was our first home and the first house we were building. All questions were addressed appropriately and provided clarity in grey areas. We never felt pressured by the builder to proceed with something we were uncomfortable with; they were always considerate and patient with our decision-making. We appreciate the insight we would receive from them and the freedom to make decisions that best suit our needs. We love the practicality of how certain things are arranged and placed in our homes and we have received great compliments from friends and family when visiting our new home. Site superintendents/assistants were very supportive and informative. They are very passionate about their job and craftsmanship, which really felt that our home was indeed in good care. I recommend Daytona Homes, not only for the selection of model homes they have available, but for the overall journey and process they very well excel in.
