What I like most about my home is the overall design and layout. The basement space is well planned, functional, and suits my needs very well. However, I am not fully satisfied with the post-service provided by TACADA. There is significant room for improvement in the level of service and follow-up support offered.

I was impressed by the efficiency of the home-buying process, which went off without a hitch from start to finish. The sales manager, site supervisor, and everyone in between were courteous and took the time to walk me through the features of my new home. The only blemish on an otherwise perfect experience was the discovery of scratches on the refrigerator when I checked the appliances on key collection day. I contacted the builder right away, but as the days turned into weeks, I'm still waiting for a response regarding the replacement of the damaged appliance.
