The issues that were brought forward previously have been or will be addressed in a reasonable time frame. Layout of the home suits our needs. Nice private backyard. One thing that was a bit disappointing and certainly not the fault of Daytona Homes was the amount of construction garbage blown into the wooded area directly behind our backyard. I would hope that the developers address this unsightly mess. If not I will trudge into the bush myself to clean up the area.

Another standout for us has been Daytona’s service after move-in specifically Mike, who came in to address a ceiling water leak in our home.Most warranty callouts are transactional: the technician fixes the issue and leaves. Mike did the opposite. Once the leak was resolved, he walked the entire home with me again on his own initiative, to make sure nothing else needed attention. He then gave me his personal phone number in case any future questions came up. That is not standard service that is genuine accountability, and it is rare to encounter in any industry, let alone home warranty work.He was also genuinely warm and easy to deal with throughout. For a homeowner, the moment something goes wrong in a brand-new home is the real test of the builder. Mike turned what could have been a frustrating, anxiety-inducing situation into one that actively built confidence in Daytona.Between Ray’s craftsmanship on the build itself and Mike’s service after, the through-line is consistent: Daytona has people who treat the home as theirs to stand behind, not just a job to close out. Mike deserves formal recognition for the way he represents the brand the personal phone number alone is the kind of detail that turns satisfied customers into vocal advocates, and that is exactly what has happened in our case.

The method of tracking and follow up on commitments. The sales lady Ms Elaine was very pleasant and engaging although it appears her manager was quick to pushing back on everything without trying to be flexible but she managed the conversation well. The Site Super and his assistant - Paul and Patrick i think were very very great to work with especially comparing my experience with other Site Supers, these 2 were wonderful. Greg from warranty is a great teacher and he also offered advice on how we could maximise use of the house and its assets.
