Between us. which I would have liked and that the gutter system was already done by TamarackHomes as well as the handrail of the stairs. moreover the 2 have a preponderant role of safety one regarding the house and the other for its occupants especially if there are small children.Something else, it is about the communication as inOttawa or in Kingston, the Military community is omnipresent and there are some who speak French; and when buying a new house, and when it's time to.procesd with choosing items at the design stage, the French speaker can easily be misled for his choices. Otherwise, the house humbly meets our expectations and we are very happy.long live TamarackHomes.KAMILIA & OMAR (YANNI & ZACHARY)

Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful from answering questions, emails, concerns both professionally and promptly. I had an issue with my kitchen measurements that I realized upon delivery of my appliances. Tamarack employees and the cabinet company were at my home within an hour. I was beyond impressed! I would certainly recommend Tamarack to anyone considering a new home build.

We moved from a previous Tamarack 3 story home in Kanata, in which we lived in for 31 years. We chose them again as they are a great company and they have great home designs. Nadia from the sales office was super great to deal with. She is professional, pleasant and really knows her stuff. Any time we visited the sales office, she was always able to answer our questions and if she didn't know, she went way beyond to get us the answers we needed. The new sem-detached home was just what we were looking for.

There were only two significant items that were as a result of a contractor not paying attention, eg. light junction box is not centred over the kitchen island. So far, any trades and Tamarack employees have been very helpful and courteous.
