Lupi Luxury Homes is truly a custom home builder. We don’t use stock plans, price by the square foot, we don’t upsell and we don’t chase after extras. We are honest from the beginning about our pricing and what is included – no confusing sales contracts to work through and no pages and pages of “fine print” because we appreciate that building a new home is a big, life-changing event for most people and it’s important to us that our client’s stress is minimized throughout the process.
