Toronto Profile: After years of slowly growing our footprint, we can proudly say that we now operate in two countries, six regions and ninety communities. We have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. We’re building new homes in Toronto, Ontario; Charlotte, North Carolina; Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; and Atlanta, Georgia. By growing slowly, we have been able to maintain the family-owned-and-operated feel that’s grounded by our core values. As one of North America’s largest private homebuilders, our goal is to continue to grow, innovate and create some of the best communities to live in.

The condo board, they are hard to reach. I tried email several times and and there has been no response. The builder chose them and not us. There is no phone number to reach them and we are paying $100 a month and we don't know why. The builder, since they are the ones who chose them, should ask these questions or make sure we can contact them.
