The layout of the home is very efficeint without much wasted space such as long hallways. They are very good service if there is a pending problem or material or floor they fix very quickly when we contact them. They booked appointment and nice with communication with email and they sent a guy to fix it. They send me notifications about how to protect windows ect.. As stated previously, the sales team represent a major force for Daytona. The products offered by Daytona often outmatch what other builders provide in their basic packages. From a sales point of view, the 'cookie-cutter' approach doesnt work for most buyers of single homes that will have singled out simple wishes to integrate in their new homes. The sales team will put every effort in providing that personal touch for the home to be unique to the seller. Daytona is quick and responsive when the clients have questions or needs that require quick resolution.
